General Responsibilities: Manage and publish the schedule of game times, locations and league-provided umpires for every St Kilda City JFC match throughout the season. This involves:

  1. Serve as the club's contact point for the MSJFL's (the league) fixture coordinator and umpire coordinator:
    1. At season commencement, advise the MSJFL about which grounds and which timeslots our club has available
    2. Reviewing the weekly fixture published by the MSJFL to ensure that proposed times and locations are feasible from our club's perspective. Occassionally reschedule matches at our grounds as necessary and communicate this to opossition clubs and the MSJFL.
    3. Communication/publication of weekly fixtures to individual teams by e-mail and website update.
    4. Liaison with opposition fixture coordinators to manage changes to the league's published fixture as circumstances require. These changes can be initiated by either team .

Given the steady growth of our club, the fixture coordinator also needs to work with the central committee and the local council at a strategic level to determine our ability to accommodate additional teams.
